Tortilla to open in Derbion

Mexican restaurant chain Tortilla has agreed to become the latest member of Derbion’s food offering.

Tortilla, which was founded in 2007, will expand its Midlands presence with a new space at Derbion’s Food Terrace on level two, which is set to open next month.

Derbion has invested more than £3.6 million into its dining offer, including £2 million into the refurbishment of its Food Terrace.

Adam Tamsett, centre director of Derbion, said: “Following the £2 million refurbishment of the Food Terrace and a recent string of exciting food and drink announcements, including the record-breaking opening of Popeyes, as well as 200 Degrees and Burger & Sauce recently opening in-centre, the arrival of Tortilla will provide our shoppers with another new and exciting food option to enjoy.

“We’re committed to bringing a range of dining experiences to our visitors and we’re confident that Tortilla will be a big hit.”
