New industrial scheme is fully developed
A developer has announced it has completed a brand-new industrial scheme, which has been created on a former manufacturing complex.
Clowes Developments has said that the final unit at Forbes Park, in Long Eaton, has been deliver to the last occupier.
Forbes Park is made up of a mix of small to large industrial and warehouse units, augmented by trade counter facilities and roadside retail.
The finished scheme sees over 78,000 sq ft built and developed on the park, which was marketed by agents Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants and Richard Sutton of NG Chartered Surveyors.
According to Clowes, many units were put under offer before and then during the construction phase.
The developer is now moving its focus to another similar size development, just a few miles away at Castle Donington.
Together with its agency, architectural and legal team, Clowes is now rolling forward and starting to progress the marketing and development of Stud Brook Business Park.
Stud Brook will see the development of 23 units totalling 180,000sq ft, all to be delivered before the end of 2023.
Situated near to the new Castle Donington bypass, the site provides access to the A50 within moments and is also near to East Midlands Airport and the M1.
According to Clowes, interest in the scheme is already strong, with a number of pre-lets already in place.
