Housebuilder plans £14m Derbyshire scheme
A housebuilder has submitted plans to create a £14 million development in the north of the county.
Sheffield-based housebuilder Honey wants to build 50 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Lees Lane, South Normanton.
If approved by Bolsover District Council, the 4.5-acre development, known as ‘Amber’, would be Honey’s first in Derbyshire.
The firm’s founder, Mark Mitchell said: “We have worked very hard to ensure all our homes will provide buyers with an ideal combination of style, substance and sustainability.
“We know there is strong demand for high quality, high specification new homes in South Normanton so we are pleased to submit our plans for consideration by Bolsover District Council.”
