Law firm makes real estate promotions

Freeths has bolstered its real estate offering with some strategic promotions.

The law firm has promoted partner James Hart to lead its real estate team across the Midlands, while Patrick Adie has been named as its national head of housebuilding and strategic land.

In his new role, James is responsible for coordinating the firm’s real estate teams across its four Midlands offices in Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.

Patrick now has responsibility for promoting the firm’s offering in these key sectors.
