Progress made at industrial scheme

Work is progressing on the first phase of a new build industrial scheme in north Derbyshire.

The ground has been broken on the scheme in Portland Drive, Shirebrook, which will see a total of six units built.

The units will vary in size from 2,538 sq ft to 5,866 sq ft, with the option to combine if required.

The units are being built to a high specification and include a number of energy saving measures.

In a statement, FHP Property Consultants, which is marketing the units, said: “The units offer excellent green credentials being exceptionally energy efficient with good EPC ratings and will be completed by Q1 2023.

“In a market starved of excellent stock like this we feel this will be well received in the marketplace with already strong requirements coming through.”
