Derbion adds to expanding food offer

Derbion has announced another new addition to the food offer at the centre.

Burger & Sauce, which is renowned for its craft burger menu, will be taking space at Derbion’s Food Terrace, which is undergoing a £2 million revamp.

It will join other new arrivals, including the recently opened Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

Adam Tamsett, centre director at Derbion, said: “With the £2 million refurbishment of the Food Terrace well underway, we’re excited to have announced that two new, additional brands will join the existing line-up and bring a whole new atmosphere to dining at Derbion.

“We’re always on the lookout for new brands and experiences that our customers will enjoy, and we’re delighted to be able to welcome Burger & Sauce and other new menus to our refreshed Food Terrace later this year.”

Saad Masood, who founded Burger & Sauce during the height of the Pandemic, said: “Derbion is a huge centre, which offers a unique shopping experience.

“It’s such a sought-after location and we are super excited about securing this prestigious site so early on in our franchised journey.”
