Charities showcased at Spotlight

A number of Marketing Derby’s Bondholder charities had the opportunity to showcase themselves at this year’s Spotlight event.

Each year, many businesses adopt a worthy cause to support and raise funds for.

But with so many good causes out there, it is often difficult to choose which one to back.

Bondholder Spotlight aimed to make the decision easier with its Charity Lounge – which brought together the Bondholder charities in one room.

Sponsored by the University of Derby, charities and organisations represented included: Artcore, Children First Derby, Connected Perinatal Support, Derby County Community Trust, Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, Enthusiasm Trust, Padley Group, QUAD, Rotary Club of Derby, RSPCA Derby, Safe & Sound, Sinfonia Viva, Treetops Hospice, Upbeat Communities and YMCA Derbyshire.

Summing up its experience of Spotlight, Sinfonia Viva said: “We had a fantastic day at the Marketing Derby Bondholder Spotlight event.

“A great line-up of keynote speakers and a brilliant gathering of local businesses and charities, showcasing the vibrant and extraordinary range of the city’s Bondholders.”
