Agent looks to future with new recruits

FHP Property Consultants has injected some youth into its Derby office with its latest new hires.

The firm’s office and industrial team has welcomed Corbin Archer, who recently completed his master’s degree at Nottingham Trent University, to work alongside Darran Severn on the sale, leasing and acquisitions of industrial and office buildings throughout the East Midlands.

The retail and leisure team has also been strengthened with the arrival of Liam Ash, who like Corbin, has recently completed a master’s degree at Nottingham Trent.

And to further bolster the team, Jamie Gilbertson has joined the firm on his placement year.

He is currently studying for a degree in Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University.

He said: “I have really enjoyed my first couple of months at FHP and have been involved with retail, industrial and office instructions across the region.

“No two days are the same and I value the variety of experience, which will put me in good stead for when I return to university to complete my degree.

“There is a great support network here and I am excited to learn more as I progress through the year. I am also delighted to have completed my first few deals!”
