New role to boost future growth

Property contractor Willmott Dixon has filled a new role created to support the company’s future growth.

Roger Morton has been made director of strategic change at the firm, where he will work with chief operating officer John Waterman to implement strategies that support the company’s growth.

He joins Willmott Dixon from Vistry Group, where he was group change director, following a 25-year career as an officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers.

Mr Waterman said: “I’m delighted to welcome Roger to our senior team. “He brings significant experience for driving major change programmes that will support our own exciting and ambitious plans.

“I’m looking forward to working with Roger as we move forward with our future growth.”

Mr Morton said: “Prior to joining Willmott Dixon, I was impressed with the company’s approach to responsible construction and sustainability, alongside its reputation as a great place to work.

“I’m really excited to be part of the team and look forward to using my experience to help the company realise its ambitions for the future.”
