Bondholders bid for awards glory

Three Bondholders – Ask the Chameleon, BEAR and Cosy Direct – will tonight be hoping for success in a set of regional awards.

All three have been shortlisted for the annual Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, which take place in Stoke.

Ask the Chameleon, which offers procurement, funding advice and guidance for SMEs and charities, is shortlisted in the Professional Services category.

BEAR, a coffee house and brand, with a presence in Derby, is up for Employer of the Year.

Finally, educational supplies firm Cosy Direct, which recently relocated to Fauld, near the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border, is shortlisted in the sustainability category.

Chief executive Pete Ellse said: “We’re delighted to be a finalist in the sustainability segment – it is a very energetic area, rightly full of much innovative thinking.

“We’re looking forward to sharing more ideas on the night with our fellow finalists and widening our connections with the cream of the cream in this regional network.”
