Law firm appoints new chief information officer

Law firm Flint Bishop has announced the appointment of Dal Virdi as chief information officer.

Mr Virdi brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in senior IT management roles, having worked at organisations such as the Metropolitan Police and Ministry of Justice, before moving into the legal field as head of IT strategy, architecture and engagement for Irwin Mitchell in 2012.

He joins Flint Bishop from national law firm Shakespeare Martineau, where he held the role of IT director since 2018.

In his new role, he will work alongside the management board and executive team to take the lead on strategic and transformative IT initiatives for Flint Bishop, closely supporting the ambitious growth strategies of the firm.
