Timms Solicitors has announced it has appointed three new trainee solicitors as part of an innovative talent management programme.

Molly Evans, who worked at Timms as a paralegal, and University of Derby graduates Connor Ball-Wood and Michael Radze-Constable have all recently started their two-year training contracts.

Supported by a training manager, they will gain valuable work experience across different areas of law as part of the firm’s Pathway Programme.

After successfully completing their structured training programme and professional skills course, they will qualify as solicitors and apply for their practising certificate.

Fiona Moffat, managing partner at Timms, said: “The firm needs strong and determined people at all levels and our aim through the talent management programmes is to attract, nurture and develop talented individuals through a structured and bespoke approach.”
