AWD launches new development groups

The boss of AWD Development Solutions has launched three new development groups to support SME leaders, individual business owners and charity leaders.

Andrew Deighton, director at AWD, has created the groups to allow members to share issues as part of a supportive community of non-competing peers in a safe environment.

Participants will have access to valuable development content and support, focused on what they need, delivered in a cost and time efficient way.

Andrew said, “Very often people in these positions are quite isolated and neglect their own development.

“Each month, the groups will have a facilitated, structured peer group session focusing on the members’ specific issues.

“They’ll receive ideas, advice, guidance and tips from their fellow group members.”
